Our recent romantic escape had two complementary facts included, great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a charming fireplace in the room which added an extra element of coziness to our stay. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed.

Our stay was not ideal due to the extremely uncomfortable mattress that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the walls were paper-thin and we were constantly disrupted by noise from the neighboring rooms.

Room met needs well. Placed within 15 minutes' car ride to Arnold. Welcome base for a city break in Murphys.

We loved the nearby art galleries and other attractions close to this hotel.

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to shops, restaurants, and wine tasting places. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

One major drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The creek-side room offers a charming view of a roaring stream, creating a tranquil atmosphere to unwind. The staff is professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast spread includes a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, and cereals, providing a satisfying start to the day.

The temperature control in the rooms could be improved, as some guests experienced a fluctuation between too cold and too hot during their stay.

Perfect location for a city break, with many nearby restaurants, wine tasting locations, and shops. the staff was attentive, professional, and very friendly. the hotel offered a great selection of continental breakfast items, including hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, yogurt. the room temperature was comfortable, and there were ceiling fans and air conditioning, which allowed a great night sleep. the room was a great size and had a lovely view of the surrounding area.

The Wi-Fi was slow to connect as it took several attempts to log on. there was no working fridge in the room, which would have been nice to store leftovers.
